Yes. 1v1chat treats 1 on 1, 1v1, 1on1, and 1 v 1 as the same private two-person video chat.
Do I need an account for a 1 on 1 video call?
No. Open the room, allow the camera, and the 1v1 starts. An email is not required for the first hello.
Can other people watch my 1v1?
No. The room is a pair. There is no public lobby sitting behind you.
